Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging Requirements

Please use the original packaging and fully cover/wrap it with an outer layer (secondary packaging) to protect the item during transit. If the item is damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct corresponding compensation from the refund.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Non-quality-related returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, etc.): Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Quality-issue returns (defective item, damaged upon arrival, wrong item sent, etc.): We cover all return shipping costs and provide a free prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right (including free replacement or return).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the standard process, and once the return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
